Sussex Federation Print Championships 4th April 2020

Just to let you know we have postponed the Skyway Gallery Exhibition.

Another victim of the Coronavirus…. as expected, the Regnum Crouch Shield, planned for Monday 23rd March, has been cancelled. 

Corona virus situation.
In view of the Corona virus situation, in the interests of the health and wellbeing of you, the members, the committee has regrettably decided that it is necessary to postpone the club dinner on Thursday and to cancel the remaining meetings/workshops in our programme up to the end of May. This was a difficult decision, but we felt that any inconvenience caused was secondary to the health of club members. This means the Club Dinner is now cancelled.

The two remaining set subject competitions (Industrial and Tabletop/Negative Space) will be rescheduled near the beginning of the programme in the new club year. Apologies to those who have worked hard putting their images together for these, but your efforts will not be wasted.
We still plan to have the Awards Evening, most likely at the start of the new club year, based on the competition results so far.
There will be no AGM this year, but if any of you feels that there is an issue that you would have liked to have raised at that meeting, please feel free to email me details so that it can be considered by the club committee.

With regard to the Skyway Gallery exhibition, we are seeking advice from the Shoreham Centre and will let you know ASAP whether or not this will be affected.

Finally, can I please ask that if any of you do become infected you email me and let  me know.

Southwick Camera Club at the Donkey Derby Sunday 2nd June 2019.
Held at Buckingham Park Shoreham-by-Sea.
A good time was enjoyed by all at the Donkey Derby. Members of the public congratulated the club on the high standard of the exhibition. As you can see from the image, we had lots of our member's work on display. Thanks to all those that helped with the day.
